I’m Carole. I’m a frenchie alternating life in the French Alps and Australia. Lover of crêpes, wine and cheese, animals and wilderness, music and design.

I’m your visual branding doctor.

Communications manager converted to designer, I like to do both. My thing is visual communication: I don’t work for decoration, but for efficiency. Design is sharing information, triggering actions, stimulating emotions. Print or digital, what matters is to convey a message at a glance. As Lindon Leader (FedEx logo designer) puts it; “I strive for two things in design: simplicity and clarity. Great design is born of those two things.”

Apparently I’m a “swiss-army knife”.

I thrive to build your visual communication holistically. I’m an all-rounder and I can throw a bit of web development and copywriting in the mix. I’ve always wanted to be versatile because I’m about the big picture, the why, the goal, so I will ensure that everything is not just pixel perfect, but working for the user and working towards your business strategy. I might question your brief to make sure we’re building what you need. I’m so passionate about getting stuff right that I will not simply execute your ideas if I think better can be done.
